Dear Members
You may already be well aware that arrangements have been made for the new Clubhouse to be open for viewing on the morning of Saturday December 1st between 09.30 – 11.30am.
I would like to personally invite you all to visit the new premises & have a good look around the whole facility. There will be Committee members on site to give information about the new club & answer any questions you may have.
I will give a brief presentation / explanation concerning the Legacy Fund at 1045/1100hrs.
Please Note, there will be NO access for cars or parking available at the new site, as this area will still be under construction. Please park at the existing Club and walk down the access road that runs from Aviation way beside the far car park on the ditch side of our existing land.
If there is anyone who really cannot take on the walk, please let me know ASAP & I will investigate if/how we can get you to the site.
WRFC 1st XV are playing CS Stags in the afternoon & there will be our usual pre-match lunch. Lunch will commence at 12noon.
Why not make a day of it, visit the new club & then join the lunch before our Lads take on CS Rugby. Book your lunch space early with Hayley Pacey to avoid disappointment.
I hope as many of you as possible will take advantage of this opportunity to see the new clubhouse & pitches.
